Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Tellusglint collects feedback from sources you connect, groups it into themes, scores sentiment per theme, detects unusual changes and provides reports, dashboards and alerts.
The service surfaces and scores themes. It does not respond to your customers, resolve issues or make decisions for you. Clustering and scoring are automated and may contain errors, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the output.
Your account
- Provide accurate signup details and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data
You keep all rights to the feedback data you connect. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
You confirm that you have the right to connect each source and to share its content with us for analysis, including any notices or permissions your own customers require. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy, including not connecting sources you are not authorised to access and not attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Plans and billing
- Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and confirmed when you sign up.
- Fees are billed in advance for each monthly or annual period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to improve it over time. We may change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our retention practices.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
